DSC_8216Paula Gallant specializes in adult learning and process facilitation with a focus on community and organizational development. Along with being a graduate of the University of King’s College with a degree in International Development Studies, she graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Diploma in Adult Education. Paula is certified as a facilitator of the  “Dialogue for Peaceful Change” methodology – an internationally recognized method of mediation and change. In November 2011, she completed a three-week course entitled “Organizational Learning and Change” at the Coady International Institute. She has been a self-employed facilitator and adult educator since December 2002.

  • Expertise in the design and facilitation of experientially based programs for adults and youth in national and international contexts
